On-line training programs

On-Line Training

  • First session will be a consultation done in person, on-line or on the phone.
  • Then you will fill out and return your Health History Form to me. We will go over anything not discussed in our consultation
  • I will email you your customized workout program that you will do at home or at your local gym.
  • Depending on the program you choose, you will check in with me by phone or email to discuss your progress and to make any adjustments if needed.

Kettle Bell Training
A Kettle bell has been describe as a cannon ball with a handle. The off-centered weight forces you to use stabilizer muscles. You will build lean muscle, burn fat, increase strength, muscle endurance and stamina.
